This Japanese inspired cabinet was designed and built by Chris Dingle. The exterior of the cabinet is made from solid Cherry with an oil and hardwax finish. The interior is built from Finnish Birch plywood.
This cabinet was primarily made to house a high quality valve amplifier. It has a built-in fan cooling system (which automatically activates when amp is turned on). This in combination with the woven door fronts means the equipment inside can breathe and do not overheat.
The cabinet doors can be opened and pushed into pockets at the sides of the cabinet to expose the full contents of the cabinet.
